house and guest house fully renovated, nowadays on a 27.700 m²
fully fenced plot. This property consists of the main building, used as
private residence, with a self contained apartment on the first floor,

This property has two
entrances. The main access opens onto a tiled patio with a double
carport, the storeroom next to it and a covered terrace in front of the
main house.
The main building is separated into the main residence
on the ground floor and a self contained apartment on the top floor.
The main residence consists of an office area that opens on one side
onto the sitting-dining room with fan assisted fireplace, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom with separated bathtub
and shower. There is also a fitted wardrobe on the aisle, where you can
also find the access to the attic.
On the other side of the office
area is the fully fitted kitchen, with access to the back covered
terrace, a larder, on open dining room with ceiling fan and fan
assisted fireplace and a room, now used as office.
On the first
floor is one of the apartments with a double bedroom, an open kitchen
with fridge, dining and sitting area, bathroom with shower and a
private terrace at the back. On one side of this main building, on the
ground floor, is the second apartment with a double bedroom, sitting
room, open kitchen next to the dining area and bathroom with shower.
This bathroom has an independent entrance to be able to access it from
the outside. This building is completed with a summer kitchen with
barbecue and a separate wine room.
The second building, formerly
the stables, has been transformed into two apartments with private
terraces and the washing room with two washing machines an a dryer.
The
first of these apartments consists of a double bedroom, American style
kitchen with dining area and sitting room with wood burner and a
bathroom with shower. The second apartment has a double bedroom,
sitting room with wood burner and exit to a back terrace, kitchen and
bathroom with walk in shower.
There are tiled terraces all around
the buildings and the swimming pool area. The swimming pool is
5 x 10 m and there is a shower hut with hot water and
an "Alhambra style" water fountain next to it. There is also a now
disused old swimming pool, a well and a bead oven. There is also a
barbecue area. The property is surrounded by matured gardens, with
automated watering system, with many different sorts of trees and
plenty of spaces to build more houses if needed.
There is air
conditioning and central heating on the main building with new double
glazed windows with safety glass, mosquito nets and shutters. On the
